• SMCAA Membership runs July 1st – June 30th of each year. Your annual Membership provides you with access to our Member District Only Site which expires on June 30th.
  • On or after July 1st, your primary district contact will receive an email containing your new login credentials for the upcoming school year.
  • If your district has not renewed membership by July 1st, your new login credentials will be emailed within 72 hours after your membership has been renewed by electronically submitting the renewal form.
  • NOTE: The site will be unavailable overnight June 30th-July 1st as login credentials are being updated.
